Start with serving size

A listed ingredient amount usually corresponds to the stated serving, which may contain multiple capsules. Always check the unit and how many servings the container contains.

Understand daily values

A listed percentage Daily Value is not a guarantee of effectiveness. Some botanicals have no established Daily Value.

Check other ingredients

Capsule shells, carriers and allergens may appear outside the main supplement ingredient table. Read all label panels, cautions and distributor details.

Compare with the research

Even a precise list of ingredients does not demonstrate that the combined product is clinically effective. Review the ProtoFlow label status.
